The Concept
The music business is not one building. It's a scene made up of night clubs, warehouses, festivals, hotel rooms, backstage areas, and green rooms all over the world.
Every room is controlled by a key holder. Your job isn't to meet everyone. Your job is to meet people with the keys.
Andrew Leese has spent 14 years in the electronic music scene in London and Ibiza, working in social media in the live events scene with names like Maceo Plex, Archie Hamilton and Ibiza Spotlight.
The Never Ending Hotel is how he shares that access with you.
Everyone is accessible
Sometimes the person who can change everything is fifty floors above you. Sometimes they're 100 floors below you. All you need is access to the right room.

14 years at the heart of the electronic music industry, Andrew started with his own blog Underground Source while still working at Alton Towers, before going onto to Ibiza to work for Ibiza Spotlight and IMS Ibiza. His curiosity lead him to London where he worked for FUSE London. After covid, his career saw him leading the marketing teams for Maceo Plex, Archie Hamilton and MicroHertz.
He created The Never Ending Hotel as a tribute to his late mentor Matt Tolfrey - who explained the concept to him in his living room, after Matt hired him to work across multiple of his artists.
